A directory listing (your profile on a therapist directory) gets you found, but it can’t show what it’s like to work with you. Maybe you’ve given it a go and got so far, and then felt stuck. Or you’ve tried AI-generated text and instinctively know it just doesn’t sound like you, or like the people you want to help. Then, there’s layout and styling, which can eat up time very quickly.

You’ll fill in a questionnaire so I really get to know your practice. Not sure about colours or fonts? No probs. I’ll choose them from your images and the feel of your practice, and you can always tweak them after launch.

Your strengths and the way you work aren’t the same as anyone else’s, so it stands to reason you don’t want a cookie cutter website. My Quickstart foundation is styled to you. It’s mobile-checked, set up for SEO (the things that help Google understand your pages so the right people find you), and built with readability and colour contrast in mind. 1. A relaxed chat.
We talk about your practice, who you help and whether Quickstart suits.
2. Book in.
I’ll pencil you in, and send over my proposal, contract and 50% deposit invoice. Once booked, I’ll invite you my client portal and send over my content guidance PDF.
3. Send me your content.
At least one week before your agreed build date; your words, logo, images, and your completed questionnaire. I review everything.
4. The 3-day build.
I build your site, and you’re around for any quick questions across the 3 days. You review your site and we make any changes on a call.
5. Time to launch.
It’s time to connect your website domain and launch live together!
6. After launch.
14 days of email support. You’ll receive handover files, post-launch tips, and personalised tutorial videos.

Therapist Website: Your Questions Answered

The Quickstart website is intended for new websites for £2,495 for up to 5 pages (extra fee for additional pages). You supply the content, no add-ons.
However, if your current site is already on Squarespace and isn’t quite doing you justice, I can treat it to a spruced up look and overall feel. This can be taken care of by using a VIP Squarespace maintenance day or two.
If it’s more of a reset (new words, new direction, a deeper rethink), you have lots of content, need lots more functionality, or you’re moving content over from another platform like WordPress, the Custom Website Project is a better fit, usually from £3,000-£5,500, quoted individually. Hosting fees are separate.
Either way, I’ll advise you honestly and without pressure.

You’ll needs your words, logo, a minimum of 10-12 images with 1 to 2 headshots, qualifications and accreditations (logo/certification images, helpful), fees, questionnaire, due a week before the build. If helpful, I offer a copy review £50 per page.

Two payments, split into two easy payments: at signing, and just before launch.

Yes. This is because of UK data protection law and your site collecting enquiries or cookies (which it will).
But don’t worry. I can recommend a trusted source (although I’m not a solicitor) I use and recommend to my client with a discount, though of course, you’re welcome to choose your own. Then I make sure the pages are set up correctly within your site and easy for people to find on your site.

Yes, and you deffo won’t be left to work it out alone. I provide personalised tutorial videos so you know how to look after your site, and there’s a client resource hub to dip into whenever you fancy. You also get 14 days of email support after launch, and if you’d like more help later, there’s my Squarespace Help Sessions at £175.

You’ve got 2 weeks of post-launch email support and my client resource hub. However, websites do need a bit of upkeep as your business grows and changes. If you'd like support further down the line, whether that's the odd tweak, a new page, or a proper refresh, I'm still around:
VIP Squarespace Maintenance Day — Half Day (3hrs, £349) or Full Day (6hrs, £698), for updates, refreshes and bigger changes
Squarespace Help Session — 90 minutes, £175, for quick fixes or a bit of guidance whenever you need it
