Content Needed From YOU Before The Build Begins
VIDEOS - All videos need third-party hosting ie. Vimeo, YouTube and you’ll provide them fully edited with links.
COPY & CONTENT - You’ll provide the copy ie. the words. I’m happy to help with some light editing during the build process but if you need more help from me, this can be added to the project. You’ll provide all content including any PDFs, and audio files.
BRANDING - You’ll provide any brand assets ie. logo, favicon etc. If you want a bespoke logo, please get in touch.
IMAGES & GRAPHICS - You’ll provide all the images for your site. If you need images, I can direct you to free or premium options. If you want me to source images for you, this can be added to the project.

Let's begin with a discovery call to make sure that we’re both on the same page.
If all’s well and once I’ve received your signed contract and 50% deposit, I’ll secure a mutually agreed upon project time slot.
NOTE: Content needs to be in place BEFORE your project slot begins.

Once a start date for your project has been agreed upon, and you’ve signed our contract and paid the full fee, work will begin.
No, I’m not VAT registered - a benefit of working with a solopreneur versus an agency.

In all cases, I will send you a ‘client pack’ including a client questionnaire and instructions for gathering content such as images, video, audio and your words.
Knowing how many pages and features you may need before our initial call is very useful for an accurate quote.

Yes! I'm based in the UK but thanks to the internet, I can happily work with clients in the USA, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand etc. My fees are converted to your currency using the prevailing exchange rate.

There are 3 tiers: Starter, Core and Pro.
You can pay monthly or annually. The figures below reflect a monthly payment for the annual pricing option. VAT will be added to the Member Areas fee.
Fees currently (as of 2/23):
Starter tier: £7 per month, transaction fees at 7%, 1 Member Area.
Core tier: £14 per month, transaction fees at 4%, 3 Member Areas.
Pro tier: £28 per month, transaction fees at 1%, 10 Member Areas.

Yes, Member Areas seamlessly integrate with email campaigns. Also, the member list is always in sync each time a member joins or cancels their membership.
You can use Squarespace Email Campaigns to send emails to your members.

Yes, you can protect any page on your Squarespace site from being accessed by someone who does not have the correct permissions.
However, currently, it is not possible to protect specific files, such as images and audio tracks, from being accessed by someone who has been given a link pointing directly to one of those files.

Yes, you can choose to offer a free membership as a way to provide members with a taste of your exclusive content.
