What You’ll Provide Before the Build
Videos – Host your videos on Vimeo or YouTube and share the fully edited links.
Copy & content – Provide all written copy/words, plus any PDFs or audio files. I can do light editing during the build; more in-depth support can be added to your project.
Branding – Share your existing brand assets (logo, favicon, etc.). If you’d like a bespoke logo, just let me know.
Images & graphics – Provide the images for your site. I can point you to free or premium options, or source images for you as an add-on.

Let's begin with a discovery call to make sure that we’re both on the same page.
If all’s well and once I’ve received your signed contract and 50% deposit, I’ll secure a mutually agreed-upon project time slot.
NOTE: Content needs to be in place BEFORE your project slot begins.

Once we agree on a start date and you've digitally signed the contract:
50% deposit secures your project slot
Remaining 50% due before launch
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).
For non-UK clients: Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on its exchange rate. A 3% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs for all locations.

Yes! I'm based in the UK, but thanks to the internet, I can happily work with clients in the USA, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, etc.
My fees are converted to your currency using the prevailing exchange rate.

Yes, Member Areas seamlessly integrate with email campaigns. Also, the member list is always in sync each time a member joins or cancels their membership.
You can use Squarespace Email Campaigns to send emails to your members.

Yes! All member-only content is behind a secure login and paywall. Videos, PDFs, and downloads are only accessible to subscribed members, and Squarespace handles secure payments and member access for you. You can also hide pages from search engines for extra protection.
