How Squarespace Help Works
1. You: Fill out the form and send me your tasks
Use the form below to get in touch, then reply to my confirmation email with the details of what you need help with. You can list the tasks in priority order, attach a PDF, include screenshots, share a screen recording - whatever works best for you.
2. Me: I'll review and confirm the scope
I'll let you know if your tasks will fit within a single 90-min slot, or if you might need an additional slot or a VIP Website Maintenance Day instead. I'm always happy to work within your budget - we can prioritise certain items, and I can provide training for anything else. If needed, we'll schedule a quick Planning Call so I can hit the ground running.
3. Me: I'll send your client agreement and invoice
Once we've confirmed the scope, you'll receive a client agreement to sign and an invoice with payment options (bank transfer or card). If we're meeting on Zoom, I'll suggest some available dates and times.
4. You: Grant Squarespace Admin access
After you've signed the agreement and paid, I'll send you instructions for adding me as a contributor to your site.
5. Your Squarespace Support slot
When your scheduled slot arrives, we'll connect via Zoom for video chat and screen sharing, or I'll complete the work independently and keep you updated on my progress. Please be available during your slot for any quick questions - it helps me work efficiently and make sure everything's exactly how you want it.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).
For non-UK clients: Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on their exchange rate. A 3% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.
