How Squarespace Website Help Works
1. Get in touch
Fill in the enquiry form below and tell me what you'd love to tackle or upgrade on your Squarespace website.
2. Make a plan
We'll schedule a free discovery call to discuss the details, plan the project, and create a list of what needs to be prepared in advance. If your tasks need more than 90 minutes, I'll recommend a Half-Day (£348) or Full-Day (£698) VIP Website Maintenance slot instead. I'll provide accurate costs and timescales.
3. Receive your Prep Pack & pay
I'll send you a prep pack to help you gather everything we need (content, images, logins, etc.), plus your client agreement and invoice. Payment is required upfront via bank transfer (UK) or card (non-UK, 3% fee).
4. Grant me access
Once you've paid, you'll add me as an Admin contributor to your Squarespace site using the instructions provided.
5. I get to work
We'll connect via Zoom for your scheduled session (or I'll work independently and update you once I’ve finished). Please be available during your slot for any quick questions
6. Post-session support
After your project is complete, you'll receive a video walkthrough of what I've done, any tutorial videos you need, and 7 days of email support for questions or tweaks related to our work together.

Payment is required upfront. UK clients can pay via bank transfer. You can also pay securely via Stripe (3% processing fee). You'll receive an invoice after our discovery call.

If your project needs more than 90 minutes, I'll let you know ahead of time, and we can book a Half-Day VIP (£348, 3 hours) or Full-Day VIP (£698, 6 hours) instead for dedicated time to get everything done.
