1️⃣ Pre-VIP Day Prep
After payment and signing an Agreement, you’ll share your website tasks and priorities in advance. I’ll guide you in preparing for our Day, and we may have a Planning Call so I can plan efficiently.
2️⃣ Your VIP Day
I’ll hit the ground running on the Day and focus exclusively on your Squarespace website updates, keeping you in the loop. You’ll need to be available for any quick questions, but otherwise, sit back and relax while the magic happens!
3️⃣ Post-VIP Support
You’ll receive a summary of everything completed, plus a short period of support for any quick follow-ups. If helpful, a wrap-up call can be included to go through any tweaks and/or training.

Based on your goals, I'll let you know if the work is possible in one day. If you need more than one day, I’ll let you know.

The total fee for a VIP Squarespace Maintenance Day is £650, payable over two installments of £325 each.
The first installment is due at the time of booking and our collaboration is secured with a simple agreement.
The second installment is due when I start working on your project.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).
For non-UK clients: Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on their exchange rate. A 4% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.
