After payment and signing an Agreement, you’ll share your website tasks and priorities in advance. I’ll guide you in preparing for our Day, and we may have a Planning Call so I can plan efficiently.
✦ Your VIP Care Day
I’ll hit the ground running on the Day and focus exclusively on your Squarespace website updates, keeping you in the loop. You’ll need to be available for any quick questions, but otherwise, sit back and relax while the magic happens!
✦ Post-VIP Support
You’ll receive a summary of work completed, plus a short period of support for any quick follow-ups. If helpful, a wrap-up call can be included to go through any tweaks and/or training.
Only one or two days available each month.

The rule: If you can't list exactly what you want accomplished, a VIP day probably isn't the right fit.
❌ Complete Website Redesigns: A Care Day is for improvements and updates, not starting from scratch. If you need a complete visual overhaul, you need a full website project.
❌ New Website Builds: Building new sites requires proper planning, strategy, and multiple revision rounds—not something for a single day.
❌ Complex Custom Development: Advanced e-commerce setups, custom integrations, or complex functionality needs dedicated project time.
❌ Brand Strategy Work: Logo creation, complete rebrands, or messaging strategy requires separate strategic processes.
❌ Shorter tasks or a strategy-only session, book a Squarespace Help session.
❌ Content Creation: I won't write your web copy, blog posts, or develop your service descriptions. Content should be provided or commissioned separately.
❌ Open-Ended "Make It Better" Requests: Vague briefs like "improve my homepage" without specific goals or directions don't work well in a time-limited format.
❌ Multiple Rounds of Revisions: What gets done in 6 hours gets done. This isn't a project with revision cycles.

As best as I can predict, I'll let you know if 0.5, 1, 1.5, or 2 days are needed. I'm happy to work within your budget, so we can also prioritise certain items, and I can provide training for anything else

Step 2: Confirm
Based on your goals, I'll let you know if the work is possible in one day. If you need more than one day, I’ll let you know.
I'm happy to work within your budget, so we can also prioritise certain items, and I can provide training for anything else.

The first installment is due at the time of booking, and our collaboration is secured with a simple agreement.
The second installment is due when I start working on your project.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).
You can also pay securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on its exchange rate. A 3% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.

A VIP Website Care Slot can be for 3 hrs or 6 hours of focused work (not including a lunch break).
Prefer a split approach? We can spread this across two half-days of 3 hours each to fit your schedule.
