How Squarespace Website Help Works
1. Get in touch
Fill in the enquiry form below and tell me what you'd love to tackle or upgrade on your Squarespace website. We can have a quick Zoom call, if that’s helpful.
2. Make a plan
You’ll create a task-specific list in order of priority and provide any images or content that I may need. If necessary, we can get on a quick planning call ahead of time. If your tasks need more than 90 minutes, I'll recommend a Half-Day (£348) or Full-Day (£698) VIP Website Maintenance slot instead. I'll provide accurate costs and timescales.
3. Payment and grant me access
Payment is required upfront via bank transfer (UK) or card (non-UK, 3% fee). Once you've paid, you'll add me as an Admin contributor to your Squarespace site using the instructions provided.
4. I get to work
We'll connect via Zoom for your scheduled session (or I'll work independently and update you once I’ve finished). Please be available during your slot for any quick questions, and don’t work on your site at the same time to avoid cancelling out each other’s edits!
5. Post-session
After your project is complete, you'll receive a video walkthrough of what I've done, along with any tutorial videos you need.

Payment is required upfront. UK clients can pay via bank transfer. You can also pay securely via Stripe (3% processing fee). You'll receive an invoice after our discovery call.

I'll always do my best to work through everything on your list, and I estimate task time ahead of your session so we can prioritise realistically. That said, some tasks, particularly anything involving code or third-party integrations, can take longer than expected, and I'd rather be upfront with you than rush something.
If I can see before your session that your list needs more than 90 minutes, I'll flag it, and we can discuss the best option. And if something runs over on the day, I'll let you know — it's then entirely up to you whether you'd like to book another session to finish things off.
For bigger lists from the outset, a Half-Day VIP (£348, 3 hours) or Full-Day VIP (£698, 6 hours) gives us proper dedicated time to work through everything properly.
