3-Day Squarespace Website: The Quickstart Build

The 3-Day Quickstart uses my own proven design foundation, customised with your brand and content. It's faster, and a lower investment than a fully custom build.

A Custom Website Project is designed entirely from scratch around your brand, with strategy and brand direction included.

Both are properly done. The difference is scope, timeline and investment. Not sure which suits you? Get in touch, and we'll work it out together.

Split into two easy payments: at signing, and just before launch. UK clients can pay by bank transfer. Debit and credit payments run through Stripe (a 3% processing fee applies).

Your 50% deposit (paid at signing) is non-refundable, and it secures your build slot in my calendar, so I can turn other enquiries away with confidence.

If you need to cancel before your build starts, that first payment is the only one you'll have made, and the remaining instalment simply won't be charged.

Once your build is underway, the full payment is due prior to launch. At that point, I'm already doing the work, so there's no refund on any payment made.

Things happen, and if something comes up, get in touch. I'm always happy to talk through rescheduling.

If you don’t have a specific colour palette or fonts in mind, I’m happy to choose for you based on my expertise and working from your images. You can change these at any time, post launch.

For your logo, I’ll just need the file ahead of time in PNG format to add to your site. If you don’t have a logo, I can design one for you - see add on’s.

I'll be honest, AI makes me a tad wary. But it's not going anywhere, and I'm not here to tell you to avoid it.

Here's how I see it, though. A website isn't just how it looks. It's how it feels, and whether it actually works: hosting, domains, email, SEO, third-party bits and bobs all talking to each other properly. Think of it like making soup. Anyone can tip ingredients into a pot, AI included. But knowing what goes in, when, and why is what makes it nourishing rather than watery, and leave one thing out and the whole lot falls flat.

AI is a tool, not a cook. You have to know exactly what you want and spell it out, and even then, what comes back is often a bit... rubbish. Generic. It can't taste as it goes, it doesn't have intuition or heart, and it definitely doesn't know your business, your clients, or what makes you tick.

Getting it wrong the first time round rarely stays cheap, either. A site cobbled together in a hurry tends to need fixing later, with missed enquiries, wasted time, sometimes a full rebuild. Doing it properly from the start saves you money in the long run, not just hassle.

As a Squarespace Circle Member, I also bring a level of platform expertise, not just self-declared. AI can't claim that for itself.
