Here’s what to expect:
+ Initial Consultation (Week 1): After booking, we’ll have our first Zoom call (or in-person, if you’re local) to get to know each other and clarify your needs.
+ Brand Discovery (Week 1-2): You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and provide necessary info via your collaborative Notion client portal (free to you). Your insights about your business and customer journey are vital.
+ Analysis and Strategy Development (Week 2-3): Using your answers, my research and my expertise, I’ll dive deep into understanding your business, audience, competitors, offer, values, brand story, and unique magic. I’ll then develop your comprehensive Brand Strategy Roadmap.
+ Review and Implementation Guidance Session (Week 4): First, you’ll receive a video tour explaining the Roadmap. Next, we’ll have a follow-up Zoom call to go through the Roadmap, gather your feedback, and chat through implementation.
+ Handover (End of Week 4): You’ll receive the final PDF Roadmap, Roadmap implementation with actionable tips for implementing your Roadmap for online marketing activities, along with a brief website review (if helpful) for Roadmap implementation, and any call recordings (if requested).
