Process:
Pre-VIP Day Prep - After payment and signing an Agreement, you’ll share your website tasks and priorities in advance. I’ll guide you in preparing for our Day, and we may have a Planning Call so I can plan efficiently.
Your VIP Day - I’ll hit the ground running on the Day and focus exclusively on your Squarespace website updates, keeping you in the loop. You’ll need to be available for any quick questions, but otherwise, sit back and relax while the magic happens!
Post-VIP Support - You’ll receive a summary of everything completed, plus a short period of support for any quick follow-ups. If helpful, a wrap-up call can be included to go through any tweaks and/or training.
