What the Process Looks Like

2️⃣ Quick Consultation (Optional): We’ll briefly discuss your tasks and priorities to ensure smooth collaboration. You’ll sign my VA Service Agreement.

3️⃣ Task Delegation: You send over the tasks, login details (if needed), and any key instructions.

4️⃣ Execution & Updates: I complete the work efficiently and update you on my progress.

5️⃣ Completion & Review: You’ll receive a summary of completed tasks, and we can refine or adjust as needed.

6️⃣ Ongoing or Additional Support: If you need more help, we can continue with a new package!

FAQs - Tailored VA Services

  • Both! You can book me for a single task or set up ongoing support to keep things running smoothly.

  • VA Retainers:

    • You pay a set fee upfront for a specific number of hours.

      I track hours used, and if you need more, you can purchase additional hours.

    • I track my time transparently and provide regular updates so you always know how your hours are being used.

    Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).

    For non-UK clients: Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on their exchange rate. A 4% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.

  • Pre-booked hours can be used flexibly within a set timeframe—let’s chat about your needs!

  • I work with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, various CRM/CMS/LMS platforms, email marketing tools, and more. Let me know if you have a specific tool in mind!

  • I'm based in the UK. We'll schedule our call at a time that works for both of us.
