  • Fill out my Project Enquiry Form or book a discovery call. We’ll discuss your business, audience, and timeline. After our call, I’ll send a custom proposal and quote with a suggested 3-week project slot date. If all’s well, we’ll secure your slot with a signed contract and a 50% deposit.

  • Complete your detailed client questionnaire through our Client Portal. I’ll then dive deep into strategy, looking at:

    • Analysing Your Existing Site, Your Goals & and Your Audience

    • Your Brand, The Competition, SEO Keywords, & Market Research

    • Branding & Style Alignment

    We’ll ensure we’ve captured the magic and essence of your brand and that we’re both clear on the way forward.

    We’ll wrap up this stage with a Zoom call to finalise the vision, key details, and design direction.

  • You’ll use my Content Planning Guide to help you gather content and shape your web copy. You’ll upload your content before the agreed project start date—text, images, branding—into the Client Portal. (Copywriting support is available as an add-on if required.)

    • Week 1: I’ll set up your homepage draft on Squarespace.

    • Week 2: With your feedback, I refine the homepage and develop the remaining pages.

    • Week 3: We fine-tune every detail to ensure your website is exactly as envisioned. There’ll be 2 rounds of editing to get everything just right.

  • After finalising SEO, testing, and the finishing touches, it’s time to launch!

    You’ll receive tips on maintaining your website and what to do next, along with live training and/or personalised video tutorials, so you’ll be all set to make edits and updates yourself.

  • No worries! I offer branding services as an add-on, which include:

    • Custom Wordmark/Logo: (with a browser icon) starting at £250.

    • Colour Palette & Fonts: A tailored website colour palette (with hex codes) and two website fonts—£250.

    • Custom Graphics or Social Media Templates: Let’s chat if you’d like these.

    • You’ll receive all deliverables in JPG and PNG formats, plus a Brand Style Guide.

    If you have specific fonts, images, or plugins in mind that require separate purchases, do let me know early.

    (Note: Adding branding services may extend the project timeline by about one week.)

  • Absolutely! I provide comprehensive training, resources, video tutorials, and one week of post-launch support. Plus, with 24/7 access to Squarespace’s support team, you’ll have everything you need to confidently manage your site.

  • After launch, you can book further support in two ways:

    • Squarespace Help Call: A 90-minute screen-share session for £150.

    • VIP Design Days: For more extensive help, my Brand Transformation Day is available at £650 for a 6-hour session.

    Bonus for previous clients: Enjoy a 10% discount on both 1-hour help slots and VIP Design Days.

  • Here’s what falls outside the standard project scope:

    • Visual Branding: (See the branding FAQ for details.)

    • Copywriting or Editing: Available as an add-on.

    • Domain Transfer: Moving your domain from another platform (like WordPress or Wix) may incur extra charges.

    💰 Starts at £3,500+ (For a 5-page full brand & website strategy and implementation).

  • Expect a friendly, focused, and supportive process 😊. I’m warm, easy to talk to, and dedicated to helping you get the best results for your website.

    I use Notion and Google Drive for project management to keep everything on track.

  • I typically book projects 6–8 weeks in advance—this gives us plenty of time to collect your content (words, images, branding, etc.) and plan around any holidays or offline periods you might have. The 3-week build slot timeline relies on you being available and how quickly you respond.

    Once your start date is confirmed, you’ll get access to your Client Portal, which includes a comprehensive Client Pack to help you gather everything you need. If you’re working with a copywriter or photographer, their files can be shared with me via you. I’ll also need your domain details and any specific feature requirements before we get started.

    Important: I block out dedicated time for your project. Changes to the schedule after you’ve accepted the proposal incur a £250 fee, and your project will be rescheduled to the next available slot.

  • Once we agree on a start date and you’ve signed the contract, you’ll pay a 50% deposit to secure your project slot. The remaining 50% is due before launch, and I’ll send you an invoice for this amount.

    Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).

    For non-UK clients: Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on their exchange rate. A 4% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.

  • If we work together, I can guide you through these.

    In addition to my design fees, you’ll need to budget for Squarespace hosting (around £12-£23+/month with my 20% discount for your first year). Squarespace is very competitively priced as you’ll see from their website.

    Optional. Additional Squarespace built-in features (prices listed are paid annually):

    • Acuity scheduling from £11/month; Email marketing from £9/month; Courses or Member Areas from £7/month.

    • Domain: If you don't have one, expect to pay around £20 per year for purchasing a domain. Squarespace passes on a free year with your new Squarespace hosting plan.

    • Photography: You'll provide all the images for your website. Brand photography is a wonderful way of elevating and personalising your website. If possible, I'd highly recommend collaborating with a local photographer for a brand shoot to complement your new website.

    - If this isn't within your budget, I'm happy to share free and premium stock photography resources with you.

    - The number of photos you’ll need will depend on how many pages your website includes. As a general guideline, plan for 1-2 headshots and around 10-12 additional images for a 5-page site.

    (Please note: Any Squarespace fees, etc., along with your domain fee, are separate from my fees).

  • In most cases (and if time allows), yes, I can assist with setting up or connecting integrations to your website. However, please note that the responsibility for managing and maintaining those integrations lies with you.

    Simply put: during our project slot, Squarespace is ‘me,’ and anything outside of Squarespace is ‘you.’ 😉

    This support is available as an add-on service, so additional fees will apply.
