I’m so busy working ‘in’ my business, why do I need to create an Ideal Customer Profile Template?
An ideal customer exercise is really useful because if you're not sure who you are creating your services or products for, it's difficult to know how or what to create for those highest value customers (and everyone in between) that you want to attract.
It feels good to be able to maximise your energy, resources and skills in a way that provides value to others but that also helps you to build a sustainable business and when you can have a clear sense of who your target audience is, then you're halfway there.
