02. Strategy & Direction
From your workbook, I’ll prepare your website strategy and foundational copy suggestions. We review everything together in a Content Review Call before the build begins — so nothing gets built on shaky foundations.
03 — Build (2 weeks)
Your two-week build. Scheduled calls at key stages — homepage presentation, full site walkthrough, and pre-launch review — with structured feedback rounds so the process stays focused and efficient.
04 — 04 — Launch & Handover
Launch day, live training, personalised screen recordings, and a post-launch support window so you leave feeling confident managing your site going forward.

Proposal sent within 1-2 days of our call
Review and digitally sign the proposal and contract (usually same day) via my Getting Started Hub.
Pay a deposit to secure your project slot
Receive an invite to your client portal with timeline and next steps
The workbook and prep phase begins approximately 4 weeks before your two-week build. This gives you a relaxed window to complete the workbook at your own pace, fitting it around your day-to-day schedule. Next, it gives me two weeks to develop content and strategy, so that when the two-week web build begins, the process is focused, calm, and efficient.
Most clients have a pre-project and web-build slot locked in within 48 hours of our call!

Once we agree on a start date and you've digitally signed the Client Agreement:
Starter and Aligned Packages:
50% deposit secures your project slot
Remaining 50% due before launch
Full Brand Transformation:
33% deposit secures your project slot
33% due after brand visuals are approved
Final 34% due before website launch
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (UK only).
Payments can also be processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Transactions are made in GBP (£), and your bank will convert the amount based on its exchange rate. A 3% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs for all locations.

In addition to my design fees, you’ll need to budget for Squarespace hosting (around £12-£23+/month with my 20% discount for your first year). Squarespace is very competitively priced, as you’ll see from their website.
Optional. Additional Squarespace built-in features (prices listed are paid annually):
Acuity scheduling from £11/month; Email marketing from £9/month; Courses or Member Areas from £7/month.
Domain: If you don't have one, expect to pay around £20 per year for purchasing a domain. Squarespace passes on a free year with your new Squarespace hosting plan.
Legal Pages: Content (e.g., Privacy Policy, Terms, and Conditions) isn’t included (but I can recommend resources).
Third-Party Licenses or Plugins: Costs for these are additional.
Stock photography. If possible, I'd highly recommend collaborating with a local photographer for a brand shoot to complement your new website.
- If this isn't within your budget, I'm happy to share free and premium stock photography resources with you.
- The number of photos you’ll need will depend on how many pages your website includes. As a general guideline, plan for 1-2 headshots and around 10-12 additional images for a 5-page site.
