All ecourses and downloadable content sales are final. However, if you are not happy, please do contact me.
For the mailing of 'physical' items such as my artwork etc, please contact me in advance to arrange the details of a refund - don't worry, I'm really very friendly and we can get this all sorted out if we work together :)
* I am able to offer a refund if you notify me of your intention to return the item in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase (in line with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights). The product must be returned in its original condition (i.e. new and unused) within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and packaging (including sufficient postal insurance to cover the cost of the artwork plus postage AND a tracking number) to return the item to me. I will process all refunds only once I have received the returned item in its original condition.
* In addition, refunds may also be issued if an item has been damaged during transit. In this event, please retain all the packaging (as evidence), take photographs of the damaged parcel (including packaging) and contact me immediately, and we will agree a course of action involving the relevant postal insurance scheme (for more details, see Delivery Policy).
* As all custom orders will be agreed in advance, I cannot offer refunds on these specially created custom orders - I can only offer a refund on custom items if they are damaged in transit as stated above and will then initiate an insurance claim for the damaged item. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
* Again, please note, no refunds are given for downloadable items.
