Everyone has heard of Picasso but not everyone is familiar with the beautiful work from his Rose Period ('Rose' meaning 'Pink' in French)(following on from his well-known Blue period).

I've been captivated by Picasso's paintings from this brief moment in time and felt compelled to dive in and lose myself in the colours he chose, the mood and his compositions.

Supplies

Acrylic paint - Golden Cadmium Red Medium, Terre Verte Hue, Burnt Umber, Naples Yellow (Daler & Rowney, System 3), Sap Green Hue (fluid acrylic), Hansa Yellow Medium (fluid acrylic), Black, Titanium White, Quinacridone Nickel Azo Gold (fluid acrylic), Ultramarine Blue, Iridescent Bronze.

Basics: Pencil, palette, paper towel, water, erasure,  brushes 

Mixed media paper (or whatever substrate you choose)

Watercolour Paints I used Daniel Smith and Daler & Rowney but please don't buy specially

Soft Pastel I used Sennelier but any soft pastel will do. Or, leave out the soft pastel and just use acrylic.

Please use what you have and don't feel you have to purchase acrylic and watercolour.  Acrylic can be used on each project.

When does the class start?   The classroom is open and ready for you :).

What is an e-course/online class/virtual class? An e-course is an online virtual class - and a fantastic way to be inspired, take some time for yourself and learn using pre-recorded videos that you can watch at your convenience in the comfort of your home via your computer (or other device) using a high speed internet connection. The courses stored on this website are accessed via it’s own private classroom and you are only able to gain access once you have purchased the class. Do you offer refunds?  If the course hasn’t started ie. gone ‘live’, you may receive a refund. Once the course is ‘live’ refunds are not available.
